Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of small business transactions and the processing fees charged by payment platforms like Visa and PayPal, I’m unable to offer refunds. These companies don’t return their fees even if an order is refunded — which means I would end up out of pocket. For this reason, all purchases are considered final once processed. Postal Packaging and Handling Fees
Please note: postal charges are unavoidable and reflect more than just the stamp on the parcel. The shipping fee includes postage, packaging, and handling, and is slightly higher due to the weight of the item and the fact that all parcels are tracked and insured. This ensures your order is fully protected and traceable from the moment it leaves the post office right through to your doorstep — offering both of us peace of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Faults or Damaged Items
I’m always happy to resolve any issues with items that arrive faulty or damaged. If this happens, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once reviewed, I’ll send out a prepaid return envelope so the item can be returned.
As soon as I receive the item back and it’s confirmed that the damage occurred prior to arrival, I’ll happily send out a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction matters, and I appreciate your understanding in helping me handle these rare issues fairly and smoothly.

Please note that if you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees before your parcel is released. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I have no control over these fees and cannot predict if or how much will be charged.

Holiday Dispatch Notification
I’m currently on vacation and will be back at work on 16th September. Any physical orders placed before then won’t be reviewed until I return. Please keep this in mind for delivery times.
All orders will be dispatched within the week of my return. UK orders are sent via Tracked 24, and international orders usually take 7–10 working days. Everything is sent tracked.

Amazing book
Great book that does what it says on the tin! I read tarot and have been trying to teach my daughter who struggles with Dyslexia and ADD and I whizzed through it in a day and thought Omg!!! Why did I not think of this …( don’t all the best inventions give you that feeling?!!! )😂
I loved the fact it was basic, black and white allowed me to scribble draw and highlight things… so I could also pass onto her things I feel intuitively about the cards … Honestly Soriah what a Gem of a Book … 💪🏼🤩❤️
I thought i knew a lot about Tarot.. hahaha well I didn't. This book has made me look so much more closely to the symbols, numbers, colours and expressions. It is a book packed with information, it is very easy to read and follow. No mystical rubbish. Im not even half way through and have learned so much. I have been lucky to have had 1/1 tarot lessons with Soriah and readings, i saw this book and had to have it. I can honestly say its amazing, even better than i expected. Wow this book is something else. I’ve had it 4 hours and can’t put it down. So easy to read and omg the information is incredible. I’ve learnt more in 3 hours from this book than I have in 3 months. Get this if you want to know the real depth of Tarot but with ease.
