This is a beautifully made tarot box crafted from sheesham wood, with a smooth finish and a solid feel in the hand. It’s been designed to comfortably fit most standard tarot decks, including the Original Rider-Waite, Morgan Greer, and many Lo Scarabeo decks.
The deck shown in the photo is the Original Rider-Waite Tarot, just to give you a sense of size and fit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Faults or Damaged Items
I’m always happy to resolve any issues with items that arrive faulty or damaged. If this happens, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once reviewed, I’ll send out a prepaid return envelope so the item can be returned.
As soon as I receive the item back and it’s confirmed that the damage occurred prior to arrival, I’ll happily send out a replacement at no additional cost. Your satisfaction matters, and I appreciate your understanding in helping me handle these rare issues fairly and smoothly.
Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of small business transactions and the processing fees charged by payment platforms like Visa and PayPal, I’m unable to offer refunds. These companies don’t return their fees even if an order is refunded — which means I would end up out of pocket. For this reason, all purchases are considered final once processed. Thank you so much for understanding and for supporting independent creators.
Postage Charges
Please note: postal charges are unavoidable and reflect more than just the stamp on the parcel. The shipping fee includes postage, packaging, and handling, and is slightly higher due to the weight of the item and the fact that all parcels are tracked and insured. This ensures your order is fully protected and traceable from the moment it leaves the post office right through to your doorstep — offering both of us peace of mind.

International Orders – Customs & Import Fees
Please note that if you’re ordering from outside the UK, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees before your parcel is released. These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I have no control over these fees and cannot predict if or how much will be charged.
I recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering if you’re unsure.
