Terms and Conditions
Soriah the Tarot Reader and Soriah School of Tarot. Last updated October 2026.
Readings
You can rearrange a reading once, with at least 72 hours notice, by emailing soriah@soriahthetarotreader.co.uk. I am a one person business and cannot refill a slot at short notice.
Readings cannot be cancelled or refunded once booked. If you feel we are not a good fit within the first 10 minutes of your reading, tell me and I will refund 50 percent.
If you miss your slot without telling me, I cannot refund or rearrange it.
The reading you book is the reading you receive. Readings cannot be swapped for a different service.
Please give your correct mobile number with your country code, in case Zoom drops.
Times show in your own time zone. I am based in the UK.
Our session stays private. Please ask me first if you would like to record it. Recordings are for your own personal use only.
I do not cover pregnancy, birth, death, legal, medical, financial or illegal matters.
Tarot gives you insight and clarity. Every decision stays yours.
I may end a session without a refund if a client is abusive or under the influence.
If something unexpected happens on my side, I will rearrange your reading or refund you in full.
All readings are for clients aged 18 and over.
Classes and courses
Weekly classes are booked in four week blocks. A missed class cannot be moved, but I will record the lesson and send it to you.
For the four week foundation course, the digital Tarot Tutor (£49.95) and the course content (£97) are never refunded. Only the remaining balance, divided across the four sessions, can be refunded for sessions not yet held.
For the 24 week full course, you have 14 days to cancel. If you leave after that, you keep the content up to where you are, you pay for the sessions you have had, and the rest is refunded. This is the same whether you paid in full or in six payments. The certificate is a certificate of completion, not an accreditation.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered straight away, so they cannot be refunded once you have access.
Physical products
Postage covers postage and packaging, and every order is sent tracked. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for dispatch.
If you order from outside the UK, any customs or import charges in your country are yours to pay.
If you change your mind, tell me within 14 days of delivery. The item must come back unused, complete and in its original packaging, and you pay the return postage. Books are sent shrink wrapped and must come back unopened.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact me within 30 days with clear photographs. I will send you a prepaid label, then a replacement or a full refund.
You can cancel a pre order at any time before it is sent.
Offers and gift cards
One offer code per order. Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Gift cards last 12 months from purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The Reading Room
You can cancel your membership by email. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. There are no partial refunds.
