Want a reading on your terms? This one's for you. I totally get it - absorbing all the details from a reading can be quite a challenge. It's like trying to juggle while riding a unicycle, right? You're either scribbling notes like a court reporter or trying to soak up information like a sponge. A pre-recorded reading takes all of that pressure away. Here's how it works: when you book, you'll submit three questions along with any background context that helps me understand your situation. This is important - I don't read tarot from a textbook. I read the cards within the context of your specific questions and circumstances, which means the more I understand about what you're dealing with, the more detailed and useful your reading will be. Once you've booked a time on my diary, I'll have your completed video reading back to you within 24 hours. You'll receive a personal recording of me working through your cards in full - explaining exactly what I'm seeing, why I'm reading it that way, and what it means for your situation right now. Three questions, fully explored, with nothing left vague or open to interpretation. Your completed video will be sent directly to you via WeTransfer, so you can download it and keep it forever. It's yours - watch it as many times as you like. Rewatch it, pick up on details you missed the first time, and come back to it weeks later when things have moved on. Many of my clients say the second watch hits completely differently because hindsight brings a whole new layer of understanding. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Contact Details. Appointments are non-refundable but can be rearranged. To do so, a 48-hour notice is required. Due to high demand, appointments can only be changed once. Any further changes will result in the cancellation of the appointment without a refund. If a rearrangement is agreed upon, it must be done promptly. Please note that operations are based on GMT and BST during the Summer months. The website will automatically convert to your timezone. Ensure you book in the correct time as the site operates in military time (06:00 is 6am, 18:00 is 6pm).In unforeseen circumstances, your appointment may need to be rearranged. In such cases, a refund will be offered, or an alternative time suggested. Refunds. If we do not connect during the reading, make me aware within the first 10 minutes and I will refund 50% of the reading. Note that refunds are only applicable on full price readings and not on sale items or offers. Due to high demands, processing fees, and potential earning losses, refunds are not offered if you decide to cancel. However, if I am unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment or a refund will be offered. Please note that this does not apply to pre-recorded readings. Special Offer Discounts. If you have more than one offer code, only one can be applied to a single purchase. Similarly, if a service is already on sale, an additional offer code may not be applicable. This policy is in place to ensure a balance between providing you with valuable discounts and maintaining the sustainability of my business.
